Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReelCap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. You must be at least 18 years of age to use ReelCap.

2. Description of Service

ReelCap is a software service that generates Instagram captions from uploaded video content using artificial intelligence. The service analyzes video visuals, audio, and text to create caption suggestions.

3. User Accounts

To use ReelCap beyond the free demo, you must create an account and maintain accurate account information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Free Demo

New users are entitled to three free caption generations after creating an account. After the free credits are used, users must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service.

5. Subscription Billing

Paid subscriptions are available as follows:

• Monthly Plan: $15 per month
• Annual Plan: $150 per year
• Up to 100 videos per billing cycle
• Videos must be 60 seconds or less

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are available within 7 days of your initial purchase only. No refunds are provided after the 7-day window, for partial usage, or for violations of these Terms. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ReelCap to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Generate captions for adult or sexual content
• Generate captions involving illegal activities
• Generate captions making medical claims or providing medical advice
• Generate captions involving death, injury, or fatal incidents
• Attempt to circumvent any usage limits or security measures
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

8. User Content Responsibility

You retain ownership of any content you upload to ReelCap. You are solely responsible for all content you upload and for reviewing any captions before posting them publicly. ReelCap does not review user content and is not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of generated captions.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service. Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

ReelCap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, engagement, reach, leads, or business performance from using our service. Caption accuracy depends on the quality and clarity of uploaded content. ReelCap is not responsible for any actions taken by social media platforms, including but not limited to shadowbans, account suspensions, or content removal.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ru4reelz LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ReelCap shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in California, USA. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
