Refund Policy

7-Day Refund Window

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of your first paid subscription. If you are not satisfied with ReelCap within this period, you may request a full refund.

Eligibility

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Refunds apply only to first-time purchases
  • The refund request must be made within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase
  • No refunds are available after the 7-day window has passed
  • Renewal payments are not eligible for refunds

Refunds Not Available

Refunds are not provided in the following situations:

  • Requests made after the 7-day window
  • Partial usage of the service during the billing period
  • Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service
  • Subscription renewals (monthly or annual)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at freddyreelz@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • The date of your purchase
  • A brief reason for the refund request (optional but helpful)

Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Cancellation vs. Refund

Canceling your subscription and requesting a refund are different actions:

  • Cancellation: Stops future billing. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
  • Refund: Returns your payment and immediately ends your access to the service.
