Video Content

Videos are processed temporarily and deleted after caption generation. Videos uploaded to ReelCap are processed in real-time to generate captions. Once processing is complete, your video is immediately deleted from our servers. We do not retain, share, or use your video content for any other purpose.

• Business Information: Business details you provide such as business name, phone number, and website URL are stored securely in your account
• Caption History: Generated captions may be stored in your user history for your convenience

All payment information is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. Stripe handles all payment processing in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
